Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation letter or email from us and have paid a full deposit.
Our booth is a no drinking, no smoking booth.
Our photo booths are for indoor use only, must be on a completely level and flat surface and require access to, at least, 1 plug socket.
By booking Booth by the Beach you agree to photos taken at your event to be used for social media purposes and marketing (please let us know if this is not acceptable).
Full payment is required a minimum of 2 weeks (10 working days) prior to the event taking place. This payment cannot be refunded.
A £99 deposit is required at the time of booking Booth by the Beach and the remaining balance is due 2 weeks (10 working days) prior to your event. We will send an email confirming the date, venue location and any additional costs included with the invoice for the full balance of the booking. It is your responsibility to ensure these details are correct. If any details are incorrect then you must notify us as soon as possible.
If you want to cancel a confirmed booking, you must notify us as soon as possible and the cancellation charges are as follows;
Length of time before the date;
More than 6 months – Full refund of deposit
3 – 6 months – 50% of deposit refunded
1 – 3 months 25% of deposit refunded
Less than 1 month – No refund of deposit
We understand that plans do change and when possible we are happy to work with you to find an alternative date or times.
Venue location, facilities and access:
You must provide us with the full address and contact details for your venue at the time of booking. We require suitable parking facilities for the duration of your booking (including set up and take down times), along with access for the unloading of equipment. If there are any circumstances that will make setting up the photo booth difficult or that may add extra time please inform us as soon as possible (as this may come out of your booking time if we are not suitably notified). By providing contact details for the venue you are giving us permission to contact them directly on your behalf. If any issues arise we will discuss these with you.
Please ensure there is sufficient space at your venue to set up the photo booth.
In the event that the photo booth is not ready for use at the agreed start start time due to a fault of our own then we will honour this time by extending the finishing time (if the venue/event permits). If this is not possible we will refund you accordingly and in proportion to the amount paid.
In the event that the hire does not start at the agreed time, due to unexpected circumstances that are at no fault of Booth by the Beach then the finish time will still end at the agreed time
The hirer will be responsible for any damage caused to Booth by the Beach’s equipment caused by the hirer, or the guests.
Booth by the Beach will not be held responsible for any circumstances beyond our control that may prevent us from attending your event. This may include but is not limited to; severe weather conditions, traffic delays, breakdown of the vehicle, sickness or equipment failure. In the case that we cannot fulfill your hire we will contact you (or a suitable alternative contact) as soon as possible. In these instances a full refund will be provided. In the case of equipment failure any photos taken will be sent to you after the event.
Booth by the Beach will not tolerate any threatening behaviour or abuse to our team. If this does occur Booth by the Beach will terminate the hire with immediate effect with no refund due. We will refuse guests admission to the photo booth if we believe that the equipment is in any danger of being damaged.
